Job summary

Cpl Healthcare, working with a Dublin nursing home client, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead a dedicated team and deliver person-centred care.

The ADON will ensure compliance with HIQA standards, Health Act Regulations 2013, and support the Assisted Decision-Making process, upholding residents' rights and dignity. The role is full-time and permanent, based in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Active NMBI registration is required.
• Recognised managerial qualification (Level 6) is required.
• At least 3 years post-registration experience in older persons' care or nursing home settings.
• Solid understanding of HIQA Standards and Health Act Regulations 2013.
• Familiarity with IT systems and NHSS/Fair Deal is essential.

What You’ll Bring:
