SGS is seeking an enthusiastic Administrator & Customer Care Specialist to join our Ireland team. This entry‑level role handles incoming calls, routes inquiries, manages shared email inboxes and delivers excellent customer service. The position is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, 40 hours per week. You will support broader administration, maintain records, and escalate complex queries as needed while complying with SOPs
