Job summary

Abbott Ireland Nutrition Sligo is seeking a proactive Admin & Finance Operations Analyst to support our Global Contract Manufacturing organization. You will combine financial analysis with administrative coordination and contribute to governance and reporting across global teams.

The role requires a finance or accounting background, 2+ years of experience, and strong Excel/ERP skills. A dynamic, collaborative environment with exposure to senior leadership awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in finance or administration preferred, not essential.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, supplier payments, and procurement activities.
• Maintain financial, operational, and contract management trackers.
• Develop business performance reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Coordinate governance meetings, business reviews, and action tracking. Support contract administration and vendor management processes.
• Provide administrative support including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and calendar management.
• Support Workday, SAP, Ariba and related business systems.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies and controls.
