Job summary

Cpl in Dublin is seeking an Ad Sales Trainer to shape the learning journey for our digital advertising sales teams. The role combines facilitation, design, coaching, and learning strategy to accelerate onboarding and improve performance.

You will develop training materials, deliver onboarding and product training, partner with sales leaders, and measure impact using LMS analytics in a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Training, Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Coaching, or Talent Development.
• Minimum 1 year experience within the technology, AI, cloud, SaaS, or digital industry.
• Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for helping others learn and succeed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class instructor-led training for new hires and experienced sales professionals.
• Deliver onboarding programmes, product training, sales methodology, coaching sessions, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Create an inclusive, energetic, and engaging learning environment that encourages participation and confidence.
• Develop high-quality training materials, playbooks, facilitator guides, e-learning content, knowledge resources, assessments, and certifications.
• Continuously improve training content to reflect new products, technologies, AI capabilities, and sales strategies.
• Measure learner engagement, business impact, and ROI using data and feedback.
• Manage learning activities through the LMS, including scheduling, reporting, learner tracking, and certification management.
