Job summary

Salesforce Ireland seeks a Manager of Emerging Talent for the AI Builder Program to lead AI-native graduates and translate academic excellence into enterprise outcomes.

This role blends people leadership, technical direction, consulting, and program development, with a focus on agentic AI, Grad Builder timing, and university partnerships to recruit top CS graduates. You will coach graduates, manage project pipelines, and ensure delivery excellence across SMB accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, software engineering, or a highly technical customer-facing role.
• 1+ years of experience managing technical teams, acting as a tech lead, or mentoring early-career engineers/consultants.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java and solid web architectures (React, REST APIs, GraphQL); strong coding practices (OOP, SOLID, Git).
• Hands-on familiarity with Generative AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cohort of Emerging Talent AI Builders, delivering 1:1s, reviews, and growth plans.
• Guide agentic reasoning designs, prompt engineering, and tool calls with rigorous evaluation of AI outputs.
• Bridge academic excellence to enterprise-grade software, teaching scale and security practices.
• Develop Grad Builder Program strategy, development plans, and training curriculums for advanced technical topics.
• Collaborate with University Recruiting to attract top CS graduates and align with business needs.
