Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or digital advertising.
• 1–2+ years' experience in a team lead or people management role.
• Proven success in high-velocity, metrics-driven sales environments.
• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Ad Sales Executives across SMB and Mid-Market.
• Own team-level quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy.
• Drive structured pipeline reviews, coaching, and quality scorecard reviews.
• Ensure CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
• Sponsor deals and align ad solutions with advertiser goals.
• Collaborate with Product, Measurement, Policy, Ops teams.
