Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• High level of computer literacy and ability to produce reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong sense of urgency and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain allocated customer accounts with accurate information.
• Answer queries and coordinate with Admin and Sales to resolve issues.
• Contact customers about outstanding payments.
• Support timely cash collection and reduce overdue balances.
• Produce weekly and monthly AR reports.
• Issue monthly customer statements.
• Review and approve new accounts per internal processes.
• Request credit reports when required.
• Place customers on credit hold when appropriate.
• Escalate issues to Credit Control Supervisor as needed.
• Support wider finance team with other duties.
