Job summary

FRS Recruitment in Tralee, Co. Kerry, is seeking an experienced Accounts & Payroll Administrator to join a busy retail business.

You will perform bank reconciliations, prepare management accounts, process payroll, VAT calculations, and manage invoices with accuracy.

Proficiency in Sage Accounts and Thesaurus Payroll is required, with strong numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail. Open to full-time or part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts/payroll role required.
• Strong knowledge of VAT and retail accounting.
• Experience with Sage Accounts and payroll software preferred.
• Excellent numerical and analytic abilities.
• Very high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Irish VAT rules knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bank reconciliations and daily banking
• Preparation of management accounts and weekly financial reports
• Payroll processing and Auto-Enrolment administration
• Processing invoices, payments and general accounts duties
• VAT calculations and returns, including multiple VAT rates
• Assisting with month-end accounts and reporting
