Morgan McKinley is assisting a well-established global organisation in North Dublin to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk on a 6-month contract. The role involves processing high volumes of supplier invoices and ensuring accurate payments in line with schedules.

Candidates must have AP experience in fast-paced environments, strong data entry and Excel skills, and must have own transport due to site location. Immediate start available.

Competenze

• Previous Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong data entry and administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience processing supplier payments.
• Good working knowledge of finance systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Inputting financial data onto the company's finance system.
• Matching, coding and validating invoices.
• Preparing and processing supplier payments in line with payment schedules.
• Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries.
• Supporting month-end AP activities as required.
• Maintaining accurate supplier records and documentation.
• Working closely with colleagues across finance and operations to ensure smooth processing workflows.
