Morgan McKinley is assisting a well-established global organisation in North Dublin to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk on a 6-month contract. The role involves processing high volumes of supplier invoices and ensuring accurate payments in line with schedules.

Candidates must have AP experience in fast-paced environments, strong data entry and Excel skills, and must have own transport due to site location. Immediate start available.

Accounts Payable Clerk (Immediately available)

Contract: Up to a 6 Month Contract

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established global organisation based in North Dublin to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk up to a 6 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy finance team within a large international business, supporting high-volume accounts payable operations during a period of increased activity.

Due to the location of the site and limited public transport options, candidates must have access to their own vehicle and a full driving licence.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Inputting financial data onto the company's finance system
• Matching, coding and validating invoices
• Preparing and processing supplier payments in line with payment schedules
• Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries
• Supporting month-end AP activities as required
• Maintaining accurate supplier records and documentation
• Working closely with colleagues across finance and operations to ensure smooth processing workflows

About You

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can quickly get up to speed with new systems and processes.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong data entry and administration skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience processing supplier payments
• Good working knowledge of finance systems and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• Own transport is essential due to the location
