Qualifications

• 3+ years accounts payable experience.
• Experience in a service-driven, customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process stock invoices and code to AP ledger and GL.
• Process supplier payments to agreed terms using electronic banking.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and bank accounts regularly.
• Prepare monthly AP reports and review aged items.
• Support cash initiatives and working capital optimisation.
