Job summary

Bord Bia is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer for a 12-month maternity cover based in Dublin. You will ensure accurate posting and reporting of creditor invoices and manage payments, supporting month-end activities within a busy finance team.

The ideal candidate will have finance or bookkeeping experience, knowledge of public sector reporting obligations, and strong communication and IT skills. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, bookkeeping or accounting.
• Knowledge of public sector financial reporting obligations.
• Experience operating in a multinational/public sector environment.

Responsibilities

• Process all invoices for Bord Bia’s offices and creditors.
• Prepare payment runs and manual payments.
• Ensure PSWT and Tax Clearance requirements on creditor payments.
