Job summary

Peninsula Group in Dublin is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist on a 12-month FTC to support the Finance department. You will process purchase invoices, manage payment runs and reconcile vendor accounts across multiple currencies.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments, maintain creditor ledgers and provide accurate reporting. Experience with Navision/BC ERP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in AP role.
• Experience with multiple currencies and global vendors.
• Excellent attention to detail is essential.
• Experience with ERP systems (Navision, BC).
• Strong communication with Finance and non-finance teams.
• Able to work alone and in a team.
• Prioritise and coordinate tasks with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices and payment reconciliation.
• Maintain creditors listing and vendor accounts.
• Prepare bi-weekly payments summary.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Post and allocate payments.
• Supplier statement reconciliation.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond to vendor queries.
• Ad hoc duties.
