Job summary

U Value Insulation is seeking a full-time Accounts Administrator to join our finance team. You will work under the Credit Control Manager and handle accounts receivable tasks, cash sales, and data accuracy across our distribution business.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in accounts customer service, strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to manage high volumes with deadlines in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year's experience ideally in an accounts customer service.
• Strong Excel and communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage high volumes with deadlines in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up new customer accounts on Intact after approval.
• Monitor accounts receivable emails for all companies.
• Credit report checks.
• Post and allocation of payments.
• Cash sales management.
• Correspond with customers on information requests (invoices, statements, POD).
• Liaise with customer service on price/quantity queries.
• Make and answer calls from customers as required.
• Any other duties as required.
