The ideal candidate has 8+ years in accounts receivable or customer service, strong Excel and communication skills, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in accounts receivable or customer service.
• Results-driven with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to manage high volume transactions with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up new customer accounts on Intact.
• Process credit reports and allocation of payments.
• Manage cash sales and prepare end-of-month statements.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve outstanding debt.
