Job summary

ABP Food Group, Rathkeale-based, seeks an Accounts Administrator to join the finance team. The role requires accurate processing of invoices, daily reporting, and stock reconciliations while working within a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for data analysis for financial reports and bank reconciliations in EUR and GBP, supporting month-end and year-end closes, and collaborating with auditors and other finance roles as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as an accounts administrator in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized.
• Proficient with MS Office—especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organisational skills and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Daily production reporting to management.
• Daily processing of invoices.
• Prepare customs papers and maintain stock reconciliations.
• Process, maintain and analyse data for financial reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts in EUR and GBP.
• Assist in month-end and year-end reporting; post monthly journals.
