Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Partners is seeking an Accounting Manager for a fully remote role in Ireland. The position involves leading a team of qualified and trainee accountants, managing a portfolio of clients, and driving service quality and profitability.

Reporting to the Head of Accounting, you will oversee client relationships, team development, and delivery of high-quality accounting and advisory services, with a focus on growth and process improvements in a growing practice.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or FCA qualified.
• Minimum 6 years’ post-qualification experience in accountancy practice.
• People management experience is essential.
• Proven experience managing large or complex client portfolios.
• Strong commercial awareness and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero and Surf.

Our Client, a growing accountancy practice, is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team on a fully remote basis in Ireland.

Reporting to the Head of Accounting, the role will involve managing a portfolio of clients, leading a team of qualified and trainee accountants, and contributing to the commercial growth of the practice.
