Job summary

CPL Group, a growing Irish technology business in Kerry, is seeking a Junior Account Manager to drive customer relationships and support sales growth in the renewable energy sector. You will engage with new and existing customers, present solutions, and contribute to onboarding and ongoing account success.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales or account management, strong communication skills, and a proactive, organised approach.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in sales, customer service, account management or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and delivering presentations.
• Organised with good attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous but not essential.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct online demonstrations of the company's software platform.
• Guide customers through the sales and onboarding process.
• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts.
• Support customer retention and account growth.
• Keep CRM records updated and accurate.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
