Job summary

Brown & Brown Ireland is seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our Personal Lines team. You will provide excellent service to our new and existing customers, working with a team of over 50 dedicated insurance professionals. Ideal candidates have over 2 years experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing insurance role.

What we’re looking for:

• APA or CIP qualified insurance professional
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in an office, customer service, or sales role is an advantage but not essential.
