Diamond Coast Hotel in Enniscrone is seeking an Assistant Accommodation Supervisor to join our Accommodation Team. This role supports the Accommodation Manager and fosters strong teamwork while maintaining high standards of service in a 99-room property overlooking golf course and beaches.

You will lead daily briefings, uphold hygiene and stock controls, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. We value flexibility, organization, and outstanding communication to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Two years experience in a similar role.
• Must be organised and efficient.
• Flexibility and a proactive approach is a must in this role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• To assist the Accommodation Manager and Assistant Accommodation Manager
• To ensure quality standards are documented and reviewed regularly
• To promote good teamwork within the department
• To hold daily team briefings for effective communication
• To ensure high hygiene throughout the department
• To maintain a customer feedback system and reflect results in training
• To ensure stock control systems are in place
