We are seeking a Faculty Events Officer for the Faculty of Arts and Humanities to organise and administer faculty events over the academic year, with particular focus on, and responsibility for, the annual Arts & Minds Festival. The role will be hosted in the Dean’s Office and will report to the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities working closely with the University Events team within the External Relations Office. The Faculty Events Officer will be capable of managing multiple events in different stages of execution, promoting the events, analysing their success through both data and qualitative measures, and of thinking strategically about how to devise events that serve the Faculty’s and University’s strategic interests and objectives for alumni engagement and philanthropy.

Salary Scale

Administrative Officer I: €60,410– €86,192 p.a. (9 points)
