Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated operational environment.
• Practical 5S or 6S knowledge.
• Strong change-management and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain 6S across BCoE laboratories.
• Coordinate programmes, workplace assessments, visual standards, audits, and action tracking.
• Provide training, coaching and performance reporting to teams.
• Partner with laboratory teams, scientists, engineers, EHS, Facilities and leadership.
