Qualifications

• Proven ability to coordinate large technology programmes and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Strong planning, risk assessment and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with ITSM processes and vulnerability remediation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HELM activities across MAPS Lines of Business.
• Facilitate readiness reviews and impact assessments.
• Maintain visibility of migrations, remediation, and patching activities.
• Represent MAPS in governance forums with stakeholder alignment.
• Identify and escalate risks, dependencies and scheduling concerns.
• Support maintenance window planning and governance activities.
• Produce executive updates and operational reports.
• Drive process improvements for visibility and reporting.
• Promote effective communication across teams during major technology changes.
