The K Club in Ireland seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the Hotel Food & Beverage Team, ensuring seamless restaurant operations and exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive cost controls, payroll monitoring, staff training, and maintain service standards across dining venues, private dining, room service, and events.

Fluency in English, strong leadership, and a track record in luxury hospitality are essential; the role offers development opportunities and staff benefits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the Restaurant and all F&B across the hotel via supervision and delegation.
• Provide a 5-star experience to all guests of the resort at all times.
• Control costs in F&B and monitor payroll vs revenue.
• Identify training needs and maintain effective training manuals with supervising staff.
• Maintain Time and Attendance and HR reporting to the required standards.
• Motivate the restaurant team and sustain staff morale at all times.
