Job summary

The Allied Health Professions Team at Midpark Hospital is seeking a Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our inpatient mental health service. You will develop a diverse range of clinical skills while supporting patients with complex physical and mental health needs in a specialist setting.

You will work with an experienced multidisciplinary team, manage a delegated caseload under supervision, and adapt treatment plans within your scope of practice.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Allied Health Professions Team at Midpark Hospital in this newly developed Band 5 Physiotherapy post. This is a unique opportunity to develop your career within a specialist inpatient mental health setting while gaining experience across a wide range of physical health and rehabilitation needs.

Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy interventions to patients with complex physical and mental health needs. You will manage a delegated caseload under the supervision of the Band 7 Physiotherapist, prioritising workload effectively and adapting treatment plans independently within your scope of practice.

We are seeking an HCPC-registered Physiotherapist who is enthusiastic, flexible and committed to delivering person-centred care. Excellent communication and team-working skills are essential, alongside a willingness to learn and develop within a supportive clinical environment.
