We are currently recruiting a Senior Physiotherapist to join a Primary Care Team based in North Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a community setting, delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to adults with a wide range of clinical needs.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting service users to improve function, independence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Physiotherapist:
- Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and treatment within a primary care setting
- Manage a varied caseload including musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and chronic condition presentations
- Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based treatment plans
- Support service users with rehabilitation, mobility, and functional independence
- Work collaboratively with GPs, occupational therapists, nurses, and other allied health professionals
- Participate in discharge planning and community follow-up
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional standards
Requirements for the Senior Physiotherapist:
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- CORU registration
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
- Experience working in primary care, community, or adult services
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Desirable
- Experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy
- Experience in community or domiciliary settings
- Experience delivering group rehabilitation programmes
