Job summary

Provincial is expanding its Security Operations Centre (SOC) team in Dublin and is looking for motivated SOC Operators to monitor security systems, assess information, and coordinate responses for a major campus and client locations.

Working in a 24/7/365 SOC, you’ll manage alarms, liaise with security personnel, and maintain accurate records while acting as a central point of contact for stakeholders. This is a hands-on role requiring clear communication and sound judgment.

Qualifications

• Valid PSA Licence.
• Experience in a Security Operations Centre or control room is an advantage.
• Experience with alarm monitoring, CCTV, incident management or emergency coordination would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to routine and emergency alarm calls; monitor CCTV and security systems.
• Assess incidents; review information and support investigations.
• Dispatch and coordinate security officers, ER teams, facilities personnel, and emergency services.
