Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate responses to security incidents.
• Prepare and review Daily Activity Reports (DAR).
• Create incident reports and escalate to management.
• Monitor client facilities 24/7 and respond to incidents.
• Maintain professional, courteous interactions with staff and the public.
