Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an Asset Manager in Dublin. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and reviewing financial reports for investors, calculate performance returns, and manage cash distributions. Candidates should have experience with Aircraft Leasing platforms and relevant industry experience is preferred. This role requires strong analytical skills and sound knowledge of financial procedures.

Qualifications

• Big 4 and/or relevant industry experience.
• Experience working with Aircraft Leasing platforms is a requirement.
• Experience with Closed End Funds, Private Equity is a plus.

• Calculate and review performance returns.
• Support cash distributions, including Capital Calls and Distributions.
• Prepare and analyze accounting records and financial statements.
• Manage cash flow and monitor asset-level debt and covenants.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for investors, consultants and other stakeholders including financial information, operations and variance analysis.
• Calculate and review various performance returns.
• Support and coordinate cash distributions on behalf of clients including Capital Calls and Distributions to investors.
• Prepare, review, analyze and interpret accounting records, financial statements, footnotes or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards for audit reports.
• Cash flow management and forecasting including monitoring of asset-level debt and related covenants.

Requirements

• Big 4 and/or relevant industry experience.
• Experience working with Aircraft Leasing platforms is a requirement, while experience working with Closed End Funds, Private Equity would be a plus.
