Barden is seeking a senior finance professional in Dublin to partner with senior leadership in the aircraft leasing sector. You will drive key projects, support acquisitions and integrations, and bring governance to growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• 7+ years PQE with aircraft leasing experience.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and financial reporting ability.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership on projects and integrations.

Barden are delighted to be supporting on an interesting opportunity with a well established business in the aircraft leasing sector that is entering a particularly busy phase of growth, change and investment.

This isn't your typical reporting focused finance role. The successful individual will act as a trusted partner to senior finance leadership, helping to drive key projects across the business, support acquisitions and integrations, bring structure to new initiatives and help navigate the next stage of growth.

The role would suit someone who enjoys:

About the person

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 7+ years PQE.
• Aircraft leasing experience is essential.
• Strong background in financial reporting, business partnering and stakeholder management.
• Solid technical accounting and IFRS knowledge.
• Experience supporting projects, integrations or process improvement initiatives.
• Proactive, commercially minded and capable of driving workstreams independently.
