Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Technical Sales Specialist to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be based in Jakarta and provide crucial support at the lead stage as well as the post-contract-signing stage to their Business Development team members. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of communicating with clients and pitching business opportunities across Southeast Asia. This role is remote, requiring a high level of self-motivation and initiative. The candidate will report directly to the Business Development Head.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and coverage for the Business Development team.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Contribute to and support business development activities, including pitching and presenting company solutions across Southeast Asia.
  • Collaborate with tech and business development teams to generate new ideas and drive product improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of how APIs work and experience in B2B sales support functions.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a remote work environment.
