- Provide IT technical support to end-users
- To perform trouble shooting for the computer problems
- Support software and hardware installation
- Support telephone & Server System and all upgrade efforts, including internet, wireless topology, pabx, mail server, etc.
- Established and build relationship with local IT vendors
- Perform routine task as maintenance, check list, maintain asset, etc.
Requirements :
1. Male/Female max. 28 years old
2. Bachelor Degree in IT, Information system, or related
3. Min. 3 years experiences in IT Support
4. Required skills : strong logical and analytical problem solving skill
5. Having good self motivation, good leadership, fast learner, good attitude, and able to work as a team, and good administration skill.
6. Experience with ERP, SQL server, Delphi 5, mikrotik, and windows server.
