About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Cost Control Staff to join our team at PT. MULIA DJASMINE SENTOSA' in Karawang, West Java. This is a contract role, offering the opportunity to contribute to the strategic and operational success of our construction organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost estimates
• Analyse cost variances and identify areas for potential savings
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure effective cost control
• Provide regular cost reporting and recommendations to management
• Support the procurement process and contract management activities
• Assist with the implementation of cost control systems and processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost management practices

What we’re looking for

• Relevant qualification in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a cost control or quantity surveying role, preferably within the construction industry
• Proficient in the use of cost estimation and project management software
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
