Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Define development plans for team members to meet organizational needs based on required competencies.
- Lead and manage team members, including coaching, performance monitoring, providing feedback, and guidance.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers (retail and fleet).
- Organize activities both online and offline to achieve the company's KPI targets.
- Analyze sales data to assess results and develop plans to address performance gaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00; maximum age 30 years.
- Fresh graduates or with up to 3 years of experience as a Supervisor.
- Active social media engagement is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strong critical thinking skills and knowledge of analytics.
- Able to work with targets and enjoy challenges.
- Placement locations: Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi.
