As an AI Consultant, you’ll bridge technology and business — helping top banks and financial organizations in Indonesia unlock the full potential of AI. You will design, implement, and deliver transformative data-driven solutions while collaborating with a world-class international team.

• Partner with clients to understand business challenges and design impactful AI-powered solutions.
• Contribute across the end-to-end project lifecycle — from pre-sales consulting, data preparation, and model deployment to delivery and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to translate AI concepts into scalable business outcomes.
• Conduct data analysis and processing using tools like Python, SQL, or R, turning insights into actionable results.
• Present complex technical solutions in a clear, business-friendly manner to diverse client audiences.
• Deliver workshops and training sessions to support client adoption of AI solutions.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging AI technologies and contributing to product and market development in Indonesia.

• ✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• ✅ Experience: 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in AI, data analytics, or technical consulting.
• ✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, or R; experience with data processing, analytics, or machine learning preferred.
• ✅ Industry Exposure: Background in financial services, banking, or marketing analytics projects is a plus.
• ✅ Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• ✅ Mindset: Energetic, curious, and comfortable taking ownership in a startup-like, cross‑functional environment.
• ✅ Language: Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker with professional English fluency.
• ✅ Location: Based in Jakarta, with flexibility for local travel.
