Job summary

PT. BAISHA INDONESIA JAYA is looking for a proactive Market Research & Business Development support to identify potential manufacturing clients in Indonesia's PVC and plastics sectors.

You will gather data, verify details, and initiate contact via phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand material needs and opportunities. The role emphasizes data organization in Excel/Google Sheets, follow-ups, and collaboration with the digital marketing team to support market development.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMA/SMK; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, telemarketing, sales support, or market research is preferred.
• Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research and identify potential manufacturing customers in Indonesia, particularly in the PVC and plastics industries.
2. Search for potential customers through Google, company websites, social media, business directories, and other information sources.
3. Collect and verify potential customer information, including company names, locations, manufacturing activities, and available contact details.
4. Contact potential customers professionally through telephone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
5. Conduct initial communications to understand customers' raw material requirements, products currently used, and potential business opportunities.
6. Build, maintain, and regularly update a potential customer database using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
7. Perform initial customer follow-ups and assist in arranging meetings with the company's business development team.
8. Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to support promotional activities and market development.
9. Prepare daily and weekly activity reports for the Company Director.

Qualifications

• - Minimum education: Senior High School or Vocational High School (SMA/SMK). Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) is an advantage.
• - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• - 1–3 years of experience in business development, telemarketing, sales support, or market research is preferred.
• - Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
• - Proficient in using computers, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and the internet.
• - Able to search, collect, organize, and analyze information from online sources.
• - Confident and willing to contact potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• - Detail-oriented, disciplined, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• - Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• - English communication skills are an advantage.
• - Previous experience in manufacturing, plastics, or chemical industries is an advantage but not required.
