PT CBC PRIMA, based at Jakarta Head Office, is seeking a Sales Marketing Staff - Chemical Division to develop and grow our customer base in Indonesia. The role focuses on relationship building, opportunity identification, and expanding market presence for chemical division products.

The successful candidate will leverage English business communication, coordinate with internal teams, and drive product solutions while handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment at our Jakarta headquarters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a trading company.
• Good spoken and written English skills for business communication.
• Experience in chemical industry is an advantage.
• Experience in cosmetic raw materials or food ingredients is also highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, quick to respond, and able to work efficiently and accurately.
• Willing to learn new things and explore opportunities for new products and businesses.
• Open-minded, adaptable, persistent, and able to work under pressure.
• Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic working environment.
