• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Mandarin language skill is a big advantage.
• Experience in managing relationships with overseas principals or international partners.
• Strong technical background, with understanding of industrial machinery products and applications.
• Experience in managing and developing sales teams, with strong leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry, with strong network and relationships in the industry.
• Must be able to drive and have driver’s license (SIM A)
