PT Bali Staff Solution in Bali is seeking a hands-on Production Manager / Workshop Manager to coordinate projects from inquiry to delivery. You will manage production schedules, lead welding, fitting and painting teams, and ensure adherence to technical drawings and deadlines.

The role requires 2–3 years in metal fabrication, strong planning and supplier coordination, and the ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and fabrication specifications.
• Experience in production planning, material estimation, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
• Ability to manage production teams, allocate tasks, and monitor work quality.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate projects from enquiry through fabrication and delivery with the Managing or Technical Director.
• Review client requirements, drawings, scopes, and deadlines.
• Estimate fabrication hours and costs and assist with quotations.
• Order materials and coordinate with suppliers; check incoming deliveries.
• Plan production schedules and assign tasks to welders, fitters, and painters.
• Monitor progress, workmanship, dimensions, and compliance with drawings.
• Coordinate with drafters to resolve drawing issues before fabrication.
• Organise components for painting, loading, delivery, and site installation.
• Monitor material usage, stock levels and production costs to minimise waste.
• Report progress, delays and quality issues to the Director.

A metal fabrication company is looking for an experienced and hands‑on Production Manager / Workshop Manager to coordinate projects from initial client enquiries through fabrication and delivery, managing production schedules, teams, and workshop operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with the Managing or Technical Director from initial client enquiries through fabrication and delivery
• Review client requirements, technical drawings, project scopes, and deadlines
• Calculate material quantities, estimate fabrication hours and costs, and assist with client quotations
• Order materials and consumables, coordinate with suppliers, and check incoming deliveries
• Plan production schedules and assign daily tasks to welders, fitters, and painters
• Monitor production progress, workmanship, dimensions, and compliance with technical drawings
• Coordinate with drafters to resolve technical drawing issues before fabrication
• Organise completed components for painting, loading, delivery, and site installation
• Monitor material usage, stock levels, and production costs to minimise waste
• Report project progress, delays, material shortages, and quality issues to the Director

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or workshop production
• Experience with metal materials, fabrication processes, and workshop operations
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and fabrication specifications
• Experience in production planning, material estimation, purchasing, and supplier coordination
• Ability to manage production teams, allocate tasks, and monitor work quality
• Good organisational, problem‑solving, and time management skills
• Hands‑on, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Able to work independently and coordinate directly with management
• Ensure workshop operations follow safety procedures and quality standards
