Job summary

Pt.Kencana Garment Indonesia is seeking a skilled Warehouse Management System (WMS) Administrator to manage and optimize our WMS implementation and daily operations in Semarang, Central Java. This on-site role requires hands-on engagement with the system and warehouse personnel.

You will configure the WMS, provide user support and training, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with IT and operations to integrate with ERP/ TMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of WMS administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of WMS functionalities and warehouse operations.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with RF scanning and warehouse automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the WMS for optimal performance.
• Configure WMS settings, workflows, and parameters to meet requirements.
• Provide user support and training for WMS users.
• Ensure data accuracy for inventory, locations, and transactions.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to integrate WMS with ERP/TMS.
• Develop and generate WMS reports to monitor performance.
• Identify opportunities for WMS enhancements and upgrades.
• Document WMS procedures and guides.
• Monitor system performance and prevent issues.
• Stay updated on WMS best practices and technologies.
