Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee operations at the Megaluh facility, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will supervise staff, manage inbound/outbound logistics, utilize WMS, perform cycle counts, optimize space, enforce safety, and collaborate with procurement, production and logistics to meet delivery targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse best practices.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid forklift operator certification is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train warehouse staff on receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products.
• Manage daily warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound logistics, material handling, and inventory control.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of all inventory movements using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to reconcile discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency and storage capacity.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, such as shipping delays, inventory shortages, or damaged goods.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, productivity, and shipping accuracy.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
