Job summary

ACCIONA Energía seeks a Project Director – Construction to lead wind farm projects in Thailand from Bangkok office, with site travel to Ubon Ratchathani. You will drive schedule, budget, procurement, and contractor coordination to meet safety, quality, and contractual obligations.

The role requires strong leadership, QHSE expertise, and English/Thai fluency, with frequent travel and collaboration across regional teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading construction of large-scale renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, procurement and contracts.
• Fluency in English and Thai; willingness to travel to construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling, budgeting and cash-flow forecasting across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Site Managers, contractors, clients and regional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee QA/QC, permits, handover to operations and documentation.
• Manage changes, risks and stakeholder communications.
