Job summary

PT Tarax Dekor Solusi in West Java seeks an Area Sales Executive to develop and expand Building & Interior Materials sales across key territories in Java.

You will manage distributors, dealers, and open market channels, build relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and project owners, and drive new business opportunities.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Building Materials / Interior Materials / Furniture Materials or related industries.
• Strong experience handling distributors and dealers.
• Experience developing open market and new accounts.
• Strong network with contractors, developers, architects, interior designers, project owners, furniture manufacturers, and interior workshops.
• Proven sales achievement and target-oriented mindset.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• An established customer/network base within the assigned area is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow Building & Interior Materials sales within the territory.
• Manage Distribution, Open Market, and Project Business channels.
• Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, building material stores, and key accounts.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Develop project opportunities across residential, commercial, hotel, office, apartment, retail, and other projects.
• Build relationships with contractors, developers, architects, interior designers, project owners, furniture manufacturers, and interior workshops.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve sales, new customer, and collection targets.
