Job summary

Swissôtel Nusantara in Indonesia is seeking staff for Wellness & Recreation. You will manage guest wellness facilities, maintain pool and gym cleanliness, ensure safety, and assist guests with requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in an international brand.
• Certified in First Aid/CPR and Fitness.
• Working knowledge of pool safety and gym equipment.
• Good communication and guest service skills.
• Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments.
• Well-groomed with a can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit for active indoor/outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Taking care of Wellness & Recreation guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of health club, gym, pool, and changing areas.
• Ensuring safe use of gym equipment and monitoring pool safety at all times.
• Supervising pool area and enforcing safety rules and regulations.
• Setting up and arranging pool deck, sunbeds, towels, and fitness areas.
• Providing towels, amenities, and assisting guests with requests.
• Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Assisting in emergency situations following safety procedures.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
