Job summary

Swissôtel Nusantara is seeking a Sales & Marketing support professional to join our team in Ibu Kota Nusantara. You will assist the Director of Sales by researching markets to identify opportunities and by listening to client needs.

You will actively pursue new sales through cold calling, networking and social media, arrange meetings with potential clients, and help craft tailored proposals while representing an international premium brand in a remote area context.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Excellent communication and administrative skills.
• Mature, outgoing with strong network in Kalimantan.
• Experience in a similar role with international premium brand is preferred.
• Remote area work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales & Marketing team by researching markets to identify selling opportunities and assess guest needs.
• Identify new sales opportunities via cold calls, networking, and social media.
• Arrange meetings with prospects and understand their needs and concerns.

What you will be doing:

• Reporting to the Director of Sales, supportthe Sales & Marketing team by conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate guests' needs
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Professional and excellent communication, organization and administration skills.
• Mature and outgoing personality.
• Having the experience in a similar position in an international brand (premium/luxury). Remote area work experience is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in MS Programs, OPERA Cloud and Amadeus Delphi systems.
• Possessing the strong network in Kalimantan, Indonesia and other countries.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, calm, courteous and reliable.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
