Job summary

Echo Nusantara in Bali seeks a results-driven sales professional to generate new leads and build strategic partnerships in premium markets. You will pitch premium edible bird's nest products to wellness boutiques, luxury distributors, hotels, spas, and overseas retailers.

The role requires meeting monthly and quarterly targets, developing long-term relationships with brand partners and export buyers, negotiating partnerships, and collaborating with marketing to align messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years in sales or business development in luxury/FMCG/health & wellness.
• Experience with premium clients or export markets is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or another language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and opportunities in premium markets (B2B and B2C).
• Pitch and sell premium bird nest products to boutiques, hotels, spas, and overseas retailers.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and margins.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with brand partners and export buyers.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements that expand market presence.
• Collaborate with marketing on product messaging and promotions.
• Provide insights to improve packaging and customer experience.
• Daily sales reporting for Bali consignment.
