Job summary

DBS Consumer Banking Group is seeking a Relationship Manager for the BSD Branch. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding existing portfolios, and providing excellent service while aligning client needs with bank products.

You will work with the team to meet revenue targets and maintain strict KYC/AML compliance. The ideal candidate should have banking experience, strong communication and sales abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking and finance is advantageous.
• Understanding of Bancassurance, Investment and Treasury products.
• Wealth management certifications are beneficial.
• Strong communication and selling skills are essential.
• KYC and AML knowledge is required.
• Good written and verbal English is necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop action plans to achieve revenue and new customer targets.
• Acquire new customers and grow existing portfolio; collaborate with TFO to hit targets.
• Provide excellent service; maintain relationships and review customers' banking needs.
• Ensure product understanding to avoid misselling and align investment profiles.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Monitor competitors' offerings regularly.
• Uphold KYC/AML compliance and integrity at all times.
• Assist Team Leader and CBG Business Manager to meet team and branch targets.
