Job summary

DBS Jakarta Head Office seeks a Relationship Manager to develop and manage a growing customer portfolio. You will acquire new clients, nurture existing accounts, and coordinate with TFO to meet revenue targets while delivering tailored banking solutions.

You will maintain strong relationships, conduct regular reviews, and ensure adherence to KYC/AML standards to prevent misselling, with a focus on Bancassurance, Investment, and Treasury products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in sales with at least 1 year at TRM level.
• Experience in banking and finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML and ability to cross-sell.

Responsibilities

• Develop action plan to achieve revenue and new customer targets.
• Acquire new customers and grow existing portfolios with TFO collaboration.
• Provide excellent service and manage customers' banking needs through regular meetings.
• Ensure KYC/AML compliance and avoid misselling.
• Keep abreast of competitors' offerings.
• Support Team Leader and Branch Manager to hit targets.
