Job summary

The role requires strong knowledge of water treatment technologies and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Travel across Indonesia is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in water treatment, wastewater engineering, or related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience in a technical sales or pre-sales engineering role within water, environmental, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients in water treatment sector (industrial, municipal, commercial).
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of water treatment systems to clients.
• Assess requirements and develop customized water treatment proposals meeting operational and budget needs.
• Provide pre-sales technical support including site evaluations, feasibility studies, and system design consultations.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure solutions are technically sound and commercially viable.
• Prepare technical documentation including system specs, performance guarantees, and compliance certifications.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and partners.
• Support negotiation and closing of contracts with clear communication of technical terms.
• Gather market intelligence and client feedback to inform product development and strategy.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
