Job summary

PT AION Indomobil Distribution Indonesia (GAC AION Indonesia) is seeking a Warranty Claims Administrator to support dealers in processing warranty claims, monitor product failure trends, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely handling and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 1–2 years in an automotive admin role, strong problem solving and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an administrator, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent problem solving skills and analytical thinking to assess warranty claim trends and propose improvements.
• Excellent administration skill and well organized individual.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Outlook, etc.
